Explore our core selection of industrial-grade display components and touch sensors engineered to meet demanding environmental specifications.
Founded in 2010 in the industrial manufacturing hub of Guangzhou, China, we are an ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certified pioneer in the research, development, custom manufacturing, and global supply of 5-wire resistive touch panels, projected capacitive (PCAP) panels, custom cover glasses, and full optical bonding modules.
Through continuous investments in cleanroom technology (ranging from Class 100 to Class 10,000) and R&D capability, our interfaces have become standard components for leading global OEMs in industrial automation, medical electronics, POS terminals, and outdoor IoT systems.
Why 5-wire design remains the gold standard for heavy-duty industrial touch applications.
In demanding environments characterized by chemical spills, high EMI, particulate dust, and operators wearing heavy work gloves, optical touch solutions face critical limitations. Our 5-wire resistive touch screens solve these challenges. Unlike traditional 4-wire architectures, where both coordinate axes are split between the top cover sheet and bottom substrate, 5-wire technology places all coordinate calculations on the glass underlay substrate.
The flexible top sheet acts purely as a voltage probe. This means even if the top protective sheet is scratched, punctured, or slightly deformed, the electrical coordinates continue to measure accurately without drifting. The touch panel maintains fully functional touch registration and linearity, ensuring uninterrupted production processes.
By measuring all voltages (X and Y coordinates) on the bottom glass substrate, coordinate drift is virtually eliminated, eliminating the need for periodic manual recalibration.
Operates flawlessly under mechanical pressure, supporting finger inputs, gloved hands, stylus pens, tools, and heavy gloves in freezing conditions.
Can withstand up to 35 million mechanical finger actuations in a single point, offering a service life 10 times longer than standard 4-wire resistive panels.
| Technical Characteristic | 4-Wire Resistive Screen | 5-Wire Resistive Screen (Xiangrui) | Projected Capacitive (PCAP) |
|---|---|---|---|
| Coordinate Measurements | Split (Top sheet X, Bottom glass Y) | All on bottom glass (Top is voltage probe) | Electrostatic field changes |
| Durability (Single Point) | ~ 1 Million Actuations | > 35 Million Actuations | > 50 Million (Solid glass) |
| Scratch Tolerance | Fails if top sheet is scratched | Fully functional even if top sheet is damaged | Excellent scratch tolerance |
| Input Media Flexibility | Gloves, stylus, fingernails, fingers | Gloves, stylus, fingernails, fingers | Bare finger, specialized conductive gloves |
| Environmental Tolerance | Moderate (Prone to drifting over time) | Exceptional (IP65, Dust, Oils, Water) | Highly sensitive to surface liquids and EMI |
At Guangzhou Xiangrui, we maintain market competitiveness by committing to the application of new materials, specialized surface coatings (such as anti-glare, anti-reflection, and anti-fingerprint treatments), and robust optical bonding (LOCA/OCA) technologies.
By relying on a professional, in-house R&D team and strict quality control standards, our enterprise adapts to rapid market changes, offering custom OEM/ODM designs that seamlessly integrate with our clients' existing metal bezels and housings.
Global systems integrators cannot afford field failures. We align our manufacturing processes and supply chain structures to prevent downtime and protect product longevity.
Analyzing the performance profile and logistical advantages that drive our international partnerships.
Designed to withstand heavy hospital disinfectant cleanings, our 5-wire touchscreens maintain optimal touch registration when handled by staff wearing latex or nitrile medical gloves.
Integrated into CNC controllers, chemical mixing bays, and packaging systems. Fully operational near heavy motors, welding equipment, and sources of electrical noise.
Configured with IP65-rated gaskets and wide-temperature components, our screens resist condensation, direct sunlight exposure, salt spray, and extreme cold.
Guangzhou Xiangrui’s geographical placement within the Pearl River Delta electronics manufacturing cluster provides our customers with significant competitive advantages. By locating our operations near raw materials suppliers (high-transmittance ITO films, chemically strengthened float glass, custom controllers, and FPCs), we minimize lead times and keep production costs highly competitive.
Our facility features vertically integrated manufacturing capabilities—including sheet glass cutting, precision silk-screen printing, cleanroom optical bonding, and environmental chambers for temperature cycling. We can accelerate prototype-to-production cycles and maintain robust supply chains even during complex global logistical conditions.
How we are developing the next generation of resistive and capacitive touch panel interfaces.
We are engineering next-generation resistive screens using ultra-thin glass-on-glass (GoG) structures. This improves optical clarity and chemical resistance while retaining resistive touch performance.
By matching advanced sensor routing with upgraded controller IC algorithms, our engineers are reducing electrical noise vulnerability in high-frequency welding and automotive environments.
Aligning with RoHS and REACH regulations, we are adopting halogen-free polymers and eco-friendly adhesive systems to support our partners' environmental sustainability initiatives.
How we guarantee seamless integration, regulatory compliance, and localized engineering support globally.
To support deployment in critical medical and industrial markets, our products meet international regulatory and safety guidelines. Our raw materials conform to the RoHS Directive, meaning our components can be seamlessly integrated into equipment shipped to the European Union and North America.
Every batch of finished product undergoes rigorous testing for surface hardness, light transmittance, and humidity cycling, ensuring long-term field stability and reducing warranty claims for our OEM clients.
