High-resolution TFT display modules and touch panels are highly sensitive to microscopic airborne particulates. Dust particles can cause micro-voids, optical refraction errors, or localized touch sensitivity loss. To completely eliminate these manufacturing vulnerabilities, Guangzhou Xiangrui Optoelectronics operates fully segregated, certified dust-free cleanrooms.
Our environmental control systems strictly monitor air pressure, temperature, and humidity levels 24/7, satisfying the demanding requirements of global aerospace, medical, and defense buyers.
Why Tier-1 global brands and industrial system integrators source their touch module assemblies from specialized manufacturers in southern China.
Guangzhou resides at the epicenter of the global LCD panel and semiconductor manufacturing industry. We source high-grade raw glass, driver ICs, FPCs, and optical films locally, reducing component transit time and logistics costs.
Leveraging our internal engineering teams and rapid custom tooling capability, we can turn prototype designs (custom sizes, cover glass shapes, and custom flex circuits) into production-ready physical components in a fraction of standard industry timelines.
Our automation systems combined with specialized operator experience minimize scrap rates during optical bonding processes, allowing us to pass significant cost savings to our OEM/ODM procurement partners.
Global procurement teams struggle to source touch panel displays that remain fully operational in challenging ambient conditions. High humidity, direct sunlight, and wide temperature swings often cause generic displays to fail or experience touch desensitization. We design our modules to resolve these critical issues:
Our display assemblies are field-tested in complex scenarios, meeting precise local regulatory and physical performance requirements.
Medical monitors require high contrast ratios, accurate gray scale performance, and touch panels compatible with medical latex gloves or liquid disinfectants. Our PCAP touch displays comply with critical medical interference certifications.
On heavy factory floors, high electrostatic noise (EMI), vibration, and ambient debris can disrupt touch sensing. Our controllers use advanced firmware tuning to filter out environmental noise, preventing phantom touches.
Our ultra-clear, optically bonded cover glass allows integrated optical sensors to read palms and biometric signals directly through the display screen, facilitating fast, frictionless retail checkouts.
Providing long-term component lifecycle support, global trade compliance, and strict supply chain accountability.
We implement a comprehensive trace-ability protocol from raw materials to shipped goods. Every resistive or capacitive module undergoes individual photoelectric parameter verification, optical cosmetic scanning, and dimensional inspection.
Expert insights on sizing, bonding, electrical design, and customization options for your engineering projects.
Optical bonding uses an optical-grade liquid adhesive (LOCA) or dry adhesive sheet (OCA) to fill the air gap between the LCD panel and the touch module. This eliminates optical refraction, reduces ambient reflections, prevents interior moisture fogging, and dramatically improves structural durability. Frame fitting simply attaches the touch panel along the perimeter frame, leaving an air gap inside, which is cost-effective but less suitable for direct sunlight or humid environments.
Standard projected capacitive (PCAP) panels may trigger false inputs in the presence of water droplets or thick insulating gloves. We customize our touch controller ICs (such as EETI, Ilitek, or FocalTech) using custom firmware algorithms that distinguish between a true finger touch, water residue, and gloves, ensuring precise operation in marine, outdoor, and surgical settings.
Yes. As an OEM and ODM supplier, we offer fully customized cover glass services, including unique physical cuts, curved edges, rounded screen corners, drill holes, and custom silk-screened logos. The flexible printed circuit (FPC) design, interface type (I2C, USB, RS232, SPI), pin mapping, and tail length can also be customized to match your system motherboard.
Every batch of our display modules undergoes thermal shock testing (-40°C to +85°C), high-humidity aging (60°C with 90% RH for over 240 hours), drop testing, salt spray resistance, surface hardness tests, and custom EMC testing to verify that our components operate reliably under extreme conditions.
